Too few patients, too little income.
IDespite excellent outcomes in
our patients who stuck wit us for more than a few visits, the growth of
this poractice was too little to support its continuation. It was with
great regerts that we were forced to close our doors on January 1, 2011.

Water in Your Weight Loss Diet |

A recently published study has shown that adults on a reduced calorie diet
increased their weight loss by 4.4 pounds and their fat loss by 4.6 pounds
over a three month period if, 30 minutes prior to eating, they precede each meal drinking 16 ounces of water. Drinking this water produced a sense of fullness that led to a reduction in daily calorie intake of 225 Kcal. |
